This picture was taken many years ago when I was only 43-years-old. (My parents are now deceased.)
The year before, I had a heart cath and was diagnosed with coronary artery disease. . .and eventually prediabetes, hypertension, and a myriad other diseases that were totally preventable and reversible. But the many physicians I was seeing at the time only recommended drugs.
I was sitting on a ticking bomb and still had five children living at home--the youngest being only five.
