Did you know the toxins that build up in our body from lack of micronutrients in our diet create addictive cravings that are just as powerful as drug addiction—and cause more premature deaths than said addiction?
Some of the food that lack micronutrients are: bratwursts, hotdogs, grilled chicken, hamburgers, scalloped potatoes, spaghetti and meatballs, deli meat, pizza, ice cream, cheese, chips, donuts, pastries, baked goods, fries, pancakes, sausages, bacon, mac n’ cheese, processed breakfast cereals, milk, yogurt, and sodas.
Addictive food also fuels obesity, cancer, diabetes, mental illness, and heart disease. . .not to mention it weakens the immune system so our body is more susceptible to colds and flu bugs.
And just one bite of an addictive substance activates the dopamine reward system, causing the brain to demand more. Willpower is no match for addictive drives!
The only way to stop food addiction is to abstain from eating the low-nutrient food that creates these powerful addictive cravings.
Instead, flood your body with food that is loaded with micronutrients that shut off powerful cravings: berries, melons, bananas, apples, oranges, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, salads, mushrooms, onions, beans, lentils, peas, yams, corn, whole grains, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and the like.
And the food that shuts off addictive drives also eradicates obesity, cancer, diabetes, mental illness, and heart disease. . .and strengthens the immune system to fight off cold and flu bugs.
